N = 1 The new opportunity

The world has witnessed an evolution of platforms (Google, FB, Amazon), gaining millions of customers over the last two decades. The success of these can be totally pegged on every customer being treated as an individual, i.e. N=1. In the existing highly competitive environment, the BFSI sector is looking for technologies that cut across data silos, products, channels, employees, customers, and seamlessly integrates them.
